NPower Nigeria News - 2018 Registration For New Applicants

Latest Npower news today shows that registration for Npower 2018 by applicants has not officially started according to Npower team via their verified Npower Facebook page.

This statement came because of false information on social media stating that the application exercise for 2018 has started. Some of these websites may be fraudulent and as such Npower has called on. Nigerians to note that when the. 2018 application exercise starts, they will be notified via the Npower website at www.npower.gov.ng.

The statement from N-Power reads:

"Please NOTE that N-Power has NOT re-opened its website for new applications.
You will recall that N-Power just physically verified pre-selected applicants from the 2017 application season in December 2017.
The Final Beneficiaries are yet to be announced and fully engaged.
Consequently, the information that N-Power has opened its website for new applications is FALSE.
We urge Nigerians to disregard the false information and follow our verified N-Power channels for authentic news"

Npower 2017 applicants that did their physical verification early January are still waiting for the final list to be released.

2016 N-Power Beneficiaries - Device Collection Has Commenced

One of the social investment programs by the present APC led federal government, N-POWER , announced that all 2016 N-Power beneficiaries that are yet to collect their devices will start getting it. The distribution has commenced in Lagos and will spread to other states in the federation in the next coming weeks. The official statement from N-Power reads:

"The distribution of the 2nd batch of N-Power devices has commenced. It commenced in Lagos and will spread out to other states shortly.
Please be patient, everyone will get their device. This applies ONLY to 2016 beneficiaries in the 2nd batch.
# NPowerNG"

N-POWER 2017 pre-selected beneficiaries that did their physical verification late last year are still waiting for the final list. Npower team has warn the general public to disregard any information currently in circulation that final list for 2017 is already out.

N-Power Physical Verification Date Prosponed?

Report from N-Power social media platforms indicate that the date for the physical verification exercise for pre-selected volunteers that was suppose to kick off on the 4th of December 2017, will now be delayed to a new date that will be between Monday 4th to Friday 15th December 2017. The question now on the mind of N-Power pre-selected volunteers is "how soon is soon?". Rumours have it that the verification exercise will commence fully by next week Monday being 11th December 2017,  according to N-Power the reason for the date to be delayed was due to the Salah holiday which affected some logistics and they urge preselected volunteers to "choose any date on or before December 15th to do their verification" and stress that " the date for the verification has not been postponed".
